EVE Search - Where is the 5% projectile weapon bonus on the Rupture?

Bad Harlequin	Posted - 2003.07.02 18:16:00 - [1] yah, after frigate, the bonuses for min ships is conspicuously absent. All other cruisers have dual bonuses, racially aligned, and one is a wepon mod; the Minmatar have speed only. However, on the dev blog you'll find an admission that while a certain amount of underdoggishness was desired for minmatar ships, the current level is pre-haps a wee bit too much, and they're looking at them for balancing (no timeframe as of yet). Yay! You are in a maze of twisty little asteroids, all alike.
